Uplift and redesign of the 3 floors office total of 3600sq.m. Includes concept for all Apollo branches and interior design of meeting rooms, canteen, kitchen, working spaces, phone-call booths, meeting areas, CEO and CFO offices, corridors, staircases, resting rooms, waiting rooms, lounge, reception, activity room, gaming room, kids room.
Brief
Uplift and upgrade of entire 3 floor Apollo Headquarter office space. Unite specialised traveling branches such as Golf, Novair and X-travel with the main Apollo branch through a concept and the interior design. Place the main focus on designing a new reception, canteen, meeting rooms and common rooms.
Aim
Create a fun space to project companies values through the interior as well as make employees working space exciting and comfortable.

Collecting questionaire’s answers from all main departments in Apollo branch to create unique brand identities for each of them, find what signifies them and what unites them with the others.

After understanding each department and developed distinct color and material moodboards for them, I gathered all the colors to identify their commonalities and differences.
The foundation of the entire interior design is built upon a dominant presence of gray tones, which fosters a sense of unity among all branches. Colourful accents are then incorporated to highlight and distinguish each branch individually.

Solution
The project was divided into 4 stages. Top floor was more formal and simple, that’s where the main Apollo branch was situated, where bottom floors were more fun and travel-like inspired with the meeting rooms build as set-design of different traveling transportations, canteen as a cargo shipping and play rooms full of fun colours. All spaces are full of colours to showcase companies fun, bold yet down-to-earth personalities. We have used a lot of photo wallpapers to not only add a clear identity to each space, but to relocate some of the budget for better quality furniture in order to lift the workers comfort.
